Our approach
Start with the business. Not the tactic.
STIX can build websites, run paid advertising, manage SEO and social media, and set up CRM, automation, and AI. The menu isn't the plan. Deciding what actually deserves your money — that's the plan.
- Website — priority now
- Paid Advertising — priority now
- SEO — not yet
- Social Media — not yet
- Email — not yet
- CRM — priority now
- Automation — not yet

CRM & AI
How we decide.
The problem comes first. The recommendation comes second.
Start with the problem
Understand what's actually holding the business back before recommending a channel. The diagnosis comes before the prescription — not the other way around.
Decide what deserves attention
Some things should be prioritized. Some should be tested. Some should wait. And some should be stopped.
Build the right mix
Web Development, Marketing, and CRM & AI are tools available to us — not predetermined prescriptions. The mix follows the business, never the other way around.
Keep reevaluating
Marketing priorities change. What deserved investment six months ago may not deserve the same attention today — and it's our job to notice first.
Sometimes the answer is: don't spend more on marketing yet.
An advisor who can only ever recommend more isn't advising. These are sentences we're willing to say — and that you should expect to hear when they're true.
“Not yet.”
The budget will still be there when the timing is right. Spending it early doesn't speed anything up — it just spends it.
“This isn't working.”
Said early, while there's still budget left to redirect — not after a contract quietly renews.
“Fix this first.”
Sometimes the thing holding a business back isn't marketing. More marketing won't fix it — it just spends faster.
The last click doesn't tell the whole story.
Saw your contentsearched your namevisited the websiteread the reviewsclicked an adcalled
On paper, that customer came from an ad. In reality, five other touches earned the call — the ad just collected it.
Attribution is useful, and we use it. It just isn't the whole truth. So we judge the system — how the website, search, reviews, content, ads, and follow-up work together — instead of treating the last measurable click as the entire reason a customer chose you.
You don't have to walk in knowing what you need.
Figuring that out is part of the job. Bring what's working, what isn't, and what you've already tried. We'll take it from there.
