About STIX
I learned marketing from your side of the table.
Before I ever worked at an agency, I spent five years leading marketing operations for a multi-state home improvement business that I helped grow to an estimated $10M valuation. I was the one spending the money and answering for whether it worked. That perspective is why STIX exists.

“Why should I trust you?”
Fair question. Most people in this industry start at an agency and meet their first client later. I did it in the other order.
For five years I led marketing operations for a multi-state home improvement business, one I helped grow to an estimated $10M valuation. I sat on the client side of the table setting budgets, hiring agencies, firing agencies, sitting through the monthly reports and trying to work out whether any of it was actually working.
I know what it feels like to pay an invoice and wonder what it bought. To hear a tactic defended because it’s the one the agency sells. To depend on an outside partner and not be able to tell whether they care as much as you do.
Then I moved to the agency side, where I managed and grew client accounts and eventually led the entire sales department. I saw how the work gets sold, staffed, and delivered.
Both sides, in that order. That’s the experience STIX is built on.
Every rule STIX has traces back to something I sat through as the client.
“What do you stand for?”
Open. Honest. Transparent. Every agency says some version of those words — here’s what they cost in practice.
Defend the tactic
If something isn’t working, you hear it from us first — even when it’s the thing we recommended.
Bury it in a dashboard
You’ll always know what you’re paying for, what it’s doing, and why — in plain language.
Vanish after the sale
The communication you get before you sign is the communication you keep.
Let the hype decide
AI speeds up our work. It doesn’t replace judgment — ours or yours.
None of this is complicated. It’s just rarer than it should be.
You’ve still got questions. Good.
This page answered the ones we could answer without knowing your business. The rest is a conversation — your situation, your numbers, your skepticism welcome. And if STIX isn’t the right fit for what you need, we’ll tell you that too.
